The first plant came almost dead and there was water dripping from the soil when I removed it from the box. We reached out and you promptly sent us a new plant that is gorgeous. However, it did not come with a card on how to care for it. Several of my plants have lately come with a card that says "here is your mystery plant" with no details. That is my only complaint.

Omg!!!!!!!!!!!!! I just received my plant today and omg I am speechless! It came in perfect condition minus a few dolphins falling off but that’s okay. It was so full and beautiful as you can see in the picture. This is my third plant from here and omg I will be back for more!!!!

Even though the cold was not his fault, he went above and beyond by shipping me new plants without me even asking him to. And the ones he shipped were fully grown and in great shape. This string of dolphins is amazing! The pot is full of a nice, healthy, living plant that is much larger than what I expected. It was carefully and beautifully packaged and shipped quickly. I will definitely buy from this shop again.
